CAN I CHANGE SIZE / NUMBER FOR THE PRODUCT WHICH IT DELIVERED?

You can exchange products that you bought from www.nisaca.com with in 14 days. However, the product or products should be unused condition.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I WANT TO CHANGE THE PRODUCT?

We will ask you to request an exchange from My Account page.

Our customer service will send an exchange form to your e-mail address, we will ask you to fill in the exchange form sent to you and send an e-mail to degisim-iade@nisaca.com

In order for the product to be accepted, the product package must not be damaged, the product must not be used and the product must be sent with all its accessories. We kindly request you to send the product and the invoice of the product via UPS shipping. (The shipping fee will be paid by www.nisaca.com)

After we receive your replacement product, the product you want will be sent to you as soon as possible.

After sending your exchange, it may be asked for your shipping code for UPS Cargo, if necessary. Please keep your shipping code to avoid any problems.

WHICH PRODUCTS I CAN'T CHANGE?

If the products which it is used, washed, worn and damaged package, invoiceless or unreceipted (it means you do not have invoice), missing accessories, (belts, necklaces etc.) are send and delivered us, we may have to send it back to you.

SHIPPING COSTS BELONG TO OUR COMPANY FOR PRODUCT CHANGES.

The shipping costs of the products you send to our company with the change request belong to our company.

If you ship with another cargo(shipping) company other than UPS cargo (shipping), you must pay the fee yourself.

Your cargo that you send without paying the fee with another cargo company other than UPS cargo will not be accepted.

HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

You can return a product within 15 days of the day your order is delivered.

 

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN'T I RETURN?

After the products are checked for compliance with the return conditions from the moment they reach the goods acceptance unit, If you have a shopping voucher that you use in your order, the refund will be credited to your account during the return process, the remaining amount will be transferred to your credit card within 3 (three) business days.

THE PRODUCT WHICH IS DELIVERED IS IMPERFECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you send the product to us within the return period, the product / products will be replaced if they are in stock by making the necessary checks.

In the event that the product / products are not in the stock of the supplier company, your order will be canceled and the refund will be paid with the same conditions of purchase.
